KPost Company opened in Dallas in January 2004 with eleven roofing professionals who together brought more than 300 years of construction experience. It has grown into a commercial and residential roofing, commercial waterproofing, and building envelope contractor with more than 400 employees and over 60 specialized crews, and it has completed more than 1,240 projects and 60,000 work orders.
Keith Post founded the company and leads it as CEO. Steve Little serves as President and has also served as president of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association. Jayne Williams is Chief Financial Officer and Safety Officer, and in 2014 she founded KPost Charities, the company’s 501(c)(3) foundation, which funds student scholarships and backpack drives for North Texas families.
The standards that leadership sets show up in the numbers that are hardest to fake. KPost’s Experience Modification Rate of 0.57 reflects its safety record, and the company has been named Roofing Contractor of the Year by Roofing Contractor magazine.
