I made a call to KPost to see if he could help with an issue at my house. I didn't realize he was a commercial contractor. I asked if he happened to know of anyone who could help with my issue. He took time out of his day to research and ask several people if they did my kind of work! How many contractors would do that - take their time to help another when there is nothing in it for them. I would highly recommend this company!

Nick Scobee stopped by today and checked my roof for damage. He was very polite, professional, but personable. He found a few things for me to look at, and I just appreciate his knowledge and his demeanor put me at ease. Nick is certainly an asset to your company and I feel comfortable recommending your company to others for roof repair

After that awful storm came through I called k post for an evaluation. Davis came out same day for that evaluation and took pictures and gave me a comprehensive overview of just how bad that hail messed things up. He didn’t just leave it at that though, he helped me understand the claims process and made sure to be in touch with the insurance adjuster so they didn’t miss anything in terms of assessing the damage. They then provided me options with replacing the roof, and the pricing was super competitive, which I found kind of surprising given the quality of the product (certainteed climateflex class IV) and just them being such a big name in the DFW area. But o got some quotes from others just to be sure and yeah, was good pricing. The scheduling process was easy and they showed up bright and early in the day and had the roof completely torn down and replaced by 3 in the afternoon. The roof is very well done and looks great, they take a lot of care in how they implement and place the flashing and everything else to work well with your existing gutter system. There were a few minor issues but Jake the inspector noted them and also a few other things he wanted to address and is sending the crew back out to fix those things. All in all was a good experience and I’d definitely use them again.

Roof Inspection. Isaiah with KPost Roofing performed a free roof inspection after recent hailstorm yesterday. He took a good look around the house and on the roof. He also inspected the attic area. He did not find any issues with our roof. He did find a hole where critters may have been entering our attic. You often hear about roofing company salesmen who prey on the public after hailstorms. Isaiah was the absolute opposite. A perfect example of what a roofing company representative should be!

Brooks came in and explained the issue and was able to solve it quickly! Would definitely recommend!

Don't use anyone else! 26 other companies came by before KPost and I didn't give any of them a minute of my time. Brooks Arrington came by and was so nice, I caved in and we climbed on the roof together. I had inspected it and having a class 4, felt pretty confident we came out good. But with it being the roof over my home... Brooks agreed after a thorough inspection. A few minor places, not worth a new roof for sure. Pointed out a couple things SuperRoof did wrong in installation but also a couple maintenance things I can do now. Thank you Brooks!

I bought a house for which K Post had installed the roof. They let me know I had two months left on my five year installation warranty! I needed a couple of things checked for me, and Davis Stokes came out and did a thorough look around and took pictures and then discussed what things looked like with me. He gave me an honest assessment that things looked good, and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He even checked on me after last nights storm! I looked through their Facebook page, and was very impressed at their business practices and the way they train and honor employees. They will be my first call for future roofing needs!

Had Brooks Arrington come out for an an inspection with KPost Roofing. He gave us a great report and pointed out things are house inspector missed before we moved in. Great dude and great Company.

KPost provided an inspection of my roof last week. The Sales Representative, Brooks Arrington, was extremely professional during the inspection process. The inspection revealed that my roof is in good shape so I dont need any work done currently. But because of the honesty and thoroughness that Brooks displayed, KPost will be my first call for my next roof when the time comes. Thank you Brooks and KPost!

Need better employees. Had one cut me and another car off in traffic then he had the nerve to flip me off along with his passenger for honking at him. Last 4 of his plate was 5668. Classy people.

Late post I was needing my roof replaced and reached out to several contractors . Didn’t feel comfortable with them. I was later listening to K—LOVE 94.9 FM and they were advertising K-Post. I called them for a consultation a young man name Angel my opinion was heaven sent responded. He came out and explained the process, Insurance , warranty and materials to me. He was so patient . I decided to give K-Post my business. They were prompt, detailed and cleaned up afterwards. Not to long afterwards we a wind storm. They did call to make sure everything was going. Angel and David make this experience for me stress less. I am very pleased Thank you K-Post for all your help.

KPost provided a very competitive price for a residential reroof. The job went very smoothly and cleanup was very high above average. The professionalism was high level throughout. My point of contact before, during and after the job was Eduardo Chavez. In a world where it's sometimes challenging to get quality communication from a contractor, Eduardo excelled. I bought this roof from Eduardo, not KPost...and he has earned my future business.

Kyle Crawford was very nice and attentive with our roof. Super honest about everything. Would definitely come back to him if something happens to our roof in the future!

Very annoyed that their door to door people keep knocking on my screen door then opening it and knocking on the front door and also ringing the door bell after walking past the no soliciting sign, and additional sign over the door bell and even whenspeaking to them that we are working from home and do not disturb they then still come back. They have come back multiple times this month. And one man had the audacity to say he wanted to speak to a man instead of me when I told him to leave the property.

Eduardo Chavez came out same day and completed a thorough inspection and shared with me detailed report. Very professional and honest service. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing service.

Isaiah and his team did a great job helping us get our roof replaced! The storm was horrible and he worked with us to ensure the full roof was covered and able to be replaced with a better shingle! Thanks again!
