KPost Charities is the charitable arm of KPost, created to serve employees, families, students, and local communities through meaningful outreach and practical support.
Founded in 2014 by Jayne Williams, KPost Charities began with a backpack drive to help students start the school year strong. Today, it has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting scholarships, cancer-related causes, faith-based outreach, and community partnerships throughout Dallas and beyond.

Supporting Education Investing in brighter futures
KPost Charities helps students take the next step through annual scholarships that recognize both need and potential. Each year, up to 20 scholarships of $1,000 may be awarded to eligible employees, spouses, children, and grandchildren of roofing contractors.
One recipient is also selected for the Brent McFarlin Memorial Scholarship, a $5,000 award that honors outstanding academic achievement and community involvement.
Standing With Families Facing Cancer Raising funds, awareness, and hope
KPost Charities proudly supports organizations helping families affected by breast and blood cancers. Since 2023, KPost has participated in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer as a sponsor and fundraising team, with company leadership and employees giving directly and KPost matching the funds raised.
- Approximately $8,000 raised in the first year of participation
- Approximately $5,000 raised in 2024
- Approximately $6,500 raised in 2025
Serving the Community in Practical Ways Meeting real needs with real action
What began as a backpack drive has grown into a broader mission to serve people in tangible ways. In 2025 alone, KPost Charities donated more than 2,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to employees and nonprofit partners.
KPost Charities also partners with organizations including Salvation Army, Christian Community Action, American Cancer Society, Blood Cancer United, Susan G. Komen, Operation Kindness, local schools, churches, and rotary clubs to support families and strengthen the community.
KPost has even donated full residential and commercial re-roofs for local businesses and residents in need, helping restore safety, dignity, and hope when it matters most.
